Where do I belong? It's a question most of us ask at some point in life. The world often tells us that belonging must be earned through performance, success, or having everything together. Jesus offers something radically different.
In Matthew 11:28–30, Jesus invites the weary and burdened: “Come to me…and I will give you rest.” In this Back to Church Sunday message, we explore what it means to come to Christ, take His yoke, learn from Him, and find rest for our souls.
With supporting passages from Isaiah 55:1–3, 6–7; Galatians 5:25; and Ephesians 2:19–22, we see that God's grace not only calls us to Christ but teaches us to walk by the Spirit and brings us into the household of God.
Finding your place isn't ultimately about finding where you fit in a church building. It's discovering where you belong in Christ. In Him, the stranger becomes family, the wandering sinner can come home, and the weary soul finds rest.
